Payment
Sessions under $350 are paid in full at booking. Sessions $350 and up may be paid in full or with a 50% deposit; the deposit is non-refundable and the balance is invoiced by email and due 48 hours before the session. No payments are taken on the day of the session. Prices are those shown at checkout for the session and add-ons selected.
Rescheduling and cancellation
You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours notice by replying to your confirmation email. Inside 48 hours, or for a no-show, the deposit (or 50% of a full payment) is retained and any remaining balance is refunded. If AJIV Photography must cancel for weather, illness, equipment failure, or emergency, you choose a new date or receive a full refund.
Weather and outdoor sessions
Outdoor sessions move if rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions are present at the start time. We choose the new date together at no charge. Overcast skies are not a reason to reschedule; they photograph beautifully.
Time, travel, and locations
Sessions start and end at the booked times; late arrival shortens the session and is not refunded. Travel is included within 25 miles of Villa Rica, Georgia. Locations 25 to 50 miles away require the extended travel add-on; farther locations are quoted by consultation. Location permits, entry fees, or parking at venues you choose are your responsibility.
Studio sessions
AJIV Photography does not operate a private studio. Studio sessions take place at a rented Atlanta studio and the rental is included in the price. The address is sent with your confirmation and again before the session. Backdrop colors are limited; specific looks should be confirmed by consultation before booking.
Delivery and image counts
Galleries are delivered in 7 to 10 days through a private online gallery with download and a print release, unless the rush add-on was purchased (48 hours). Your session lists how many edited images you receive and how many of those are fully retouched. Additional images may be purchased at the listed add-on price. Unedited files are not provided unless the raw files add-on was purchased.
Editing style and refunds
All images are edited in AJIV Photography's signature style, consistent with the portfolio shown at booking. Refunds are not issued for differences of taste, editing style, or personal preference. Refunds are considered only for genuine technical defects such as images that are out of focus or excessively grainy across the whole gallery.
Copyright, license, and model release
All images remain the intellectual property of AJIV Photography LLC. Portrait, graduation, family, and studio clients receive a personal-use license with a print release: print, share, and post freely for personal purposes, with no resale and no commercial use. Personal Brand and Brand Promotional clients receive a commercial license to use delivered images in their own marketing, website, and social channels, with no resale or sublicensing. You grant AJIV Photography permission to use images from your session for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes; you may opt out by writing 'no portfolio use' in your booking notes.
Minors and guests
If anyone photographed is under 18, the person booking confirms they are the parent or legal guardian, or has the guardian's consent. Guests beyond the number included in your session require the extra person add-on. Champagne is only provided to and consumed by adults 21 and over; smoke bombs are used only where permitted and at the photographer's discretion for safety.
Limitation of liability
AJIV Photography's liability for any failure to deliver, including loss or damage of images, is limited to the total amount paid for the session. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside their control. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
